Extended Care Staff

Ms. Boeri

I have been working with children since 2005 at two different schools back in Atlanta, and here in Plantation. In 2016 my two boys, Carlito and Tony, began attending Our Savior and were greeted with open arms. I was very happy when a staff position in the aftercare program became available. I am very experienced working with preschool age children and love having the care of them including the care of the elementary and middle school students. I enjoy gardening with the students, as well as creating crafts and using our imagination to play games.

"Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.....Blessed are the merciful for they shall be shown mercy.....Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall be called Children of God." Matthew 5:5,7,9

Mrs. Saballos

I joined Our Savior Lutheran School as a teacher substitute and extended care staff for preschool, elementary and middle school in 2017. I love working with all students. I like helping to promote good manners and cleanliness. This helps the children to get along better and enjoy their lunch time. I was born and raised in Nicaragua, Central America, where I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Law; I am married to my husband since 2001. We have two grown children, Orlando and Fabiola who enjoy competitive swimming. I am also a Realtor. My biggest inspiration is in children because they are the future of humanity; all my life I have loved to help people have better opportunities in life for my God, family, and children. Honest and dignified work are the standards that have guided my life.

Mrs. Pollack

I was born and raised in Trinidad & Tobago. My children and I migrated to the States in 1982 where I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Special Education. working with children has been the love of my life. As a 3rd grade teacher with the New York City public school system, it was both a challenge and delight to watch children of various backgrounds grow academically, physically and emotionally. I am an ordained minister, and served as Sunday School Superintendent for 25 years at Overcoming Faith Ministries in the Bronx. My years of service in ministry and education , have prepared me for this new chapter with OSL extended care program. Although technically retired from teaching, it became clear that one never "retires" from helping young minds flourish. It is indeed a pleasure to work in a loving environment where Christ is exalted.

"With all lowliness and meekness, with long suffering, forbearing one another in love" Ephesians 4:2
