I graduated from Western Oregon University in 2008 with a Bahelor's in Humanity and a Minor in Music. I joined the Our Savior family later that year as a substitute teacher for Kindergarten and later as an extended care staff member. In 2017 I received my Associate in Early Childhood Education and am very blessed to serve here at Our Savior as the two-year-old teacher.
"Love one another." John 13:34
My family and I moved from Michigan to Florida in 1987. I attended school at Our Savior Lutheran, went to Sunday School, and was also involved in Our Savior Youth groups. My husband and I have a daughter that attends school here. I started working at Our Savior in 2014 as an assistant in the 18-month-old class, an assistant in VPK, and with my CDA complete, I am a lead VPK teacher.
My favorite Bible verse is Psalm 143:10 - "Teach me to do your will, for you are my God."
I have been teaching at Our Savior since 2006, I consider this to be a continuous wonderful opportunity to share all of God's blessings with my students. There is nothing more rewarding than teaching the Lutheran school lessons that had such a positive, life-long impact on me when I was a child. I hope to guide the children with tools that will help them the rest of their lives.
“No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us.” 1 John 4:12
I began my teaching career at Our Savior Lutheran Preschool in 1993 when my two youngest daughters started preschool here. They have since grown up and graduated from college and I still go to preschool! I was so impressed and inspired by the loving, Christian atmosphere and staff that I'm still here and love what I do. As a teacher of young children it is my goal to instill a life-long love for learning and love of God in each child.
Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom heaven belongs to such as these." Matthew 19:14
I am originally from Colombia, where I taught dance and corporal expression to kids from 18 months to 5th grade for over 5 years. I have a formal education in Ballet and an Associates In Arts Degree from St Petersburg College. I am married and have two boys, Harrison & Lloyd- Brandon. After moving in 2015 to South Florida, I started actively volunteering at my church as a Sunday school teacher, AWANA and KIDZ Ministry. I was a homemaker for 6 years, till God gave me the opportunity to work at OSL. My husband and boys are my biggest blessings.
“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding.” Proverbs 3:5
I was born and raised in Sweden and came to the United States in 1982. I'm married and have two boys. Both of my children have graduated from Our Savior. I started working at Our Savior Lutheran School in 2008. I was first working in extended care with the preschool children and since 2010 I have assisted with in our 3-year old class or the 2-year-old class. It's a blessing to be working with the little children every day. They always bring a smile to my face.
"Train up a child in the way he should go: And when he is old, he will not depart from it." Proverbs 22:6
I started working here at Our Savior Lutheran School in August 2004. I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in the VPK Program and it makes me feel good when a child accomplishes something that he/she could not do before.
I have been married since 1996 and we are the proud parents of a daughter. My daughter, Morganne, is an alumni of Our Savior. She graduated from Fort Lauderdale High (Law & Public Affairs) and is currently at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. In may spare time I like to read and take walks on the beach when possible.

I am a VPK teacher’s assistant at Our Savior Lutheran School since August of 2017. I was born and raised in Bogota – Colombia, where I went to college for teaching. I later went to Antonio Narino University where I received a degree in accounting.
I came to the US in 2001 on vacation and met my husband Kin. We got married in 2005, and have a son who attends kindergarten at OSLS, his name is Kenneth. I enjoy visiting my family in Colombia every chance I get. I love to travel, watch movies and spend time with my friends.
I am a true Floridian, born and raised in sunny South Florida. I was married in 2012, and have two wonderful children, James and Jenna. My family and I love to spend time outdoors; camping, fishing and paddle boarding are some of our favorites. My son started attending Our Savior Lutheran School for the 2016/2017 school year and I became involved with the school by volunteering as room mom and track and field coach. Since I was spending a majority of my time here, naturally I fell in love with the school and the people. When they asked if I wanted to work here I said yes! So as of the 2017/2018 school year, I work with the preschool aftercare and as a substitute.
