After a long career as a Lead Computer Programmer and Technologies Manager, my love of working with children as a Boy Scout Cub Scout Leader, Assistant Scoutmaster, and Girl Scout Leader had led me to pursue a Master’s degree in Education and become a teacher. With certifications in Elementary Education (Grades K – 6), Middle School Integrated Curriculum (Grades 6 – 9), Mathematics (Grades 6 – 12), Exceptional Student Education (ESE – Grades K – 12), along with Endorsements in Gifted Education, and ESOL, I began my successful teaching career. For many years, I enjoyed working both in the classroom and as a tutor for students in grades K through college level in all subject areas and specializing as an ACT and SAT test preparation tutor. As a former lead teacher in ESE, an LEA representative for ESE and gifted students, and school administrator, I firmly believe that all students are capable of success regardless of their learning differences or challenges. As we all know so well, “Through Him, all things are possible.
“Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good. His love endures forever.” Psalm 136:1
