We develop young leaders in class and after school through opportunities in student government, NJHS, Safety Patrol, athletics, the arts, Chapel and Sunday worship. In every student, we foster the building blocks of leadership --integrity, dedication, and accountability.
Discipleship –
We are Christ-followers
We are devoted to following Christ in our thoughts, words, and actions. Through Bible study, prayer, and worship, we learn about God’s plan for our 8001lives. We celebrate our Lutheran identity which fearlessly proclaims the truth of Scripture that we are saved by grace through faith alone.
Christian Service –
We serve others
We do more than talk about serving others, we act. Helping each other on campus and in our community is the language we use to express God’s love for us and our gratitude to Him for his blessings.
Community –
We are family
We believe that communication, respect, and teamwork make each of our relationships stronger. We strive to understand each other, to encourage each other, to forgive each other, and to build lasting connections.
Compassion –
We care
We consider compassion, empathy, kindness, and love to be the greatest expression of our growth as Christ-followers. We trust Christ’s teaching to love one another as He loved us, showing compassion in every corner of our campus and community.
