Elementary School
We see our school as a place not only as a means to learn facts, figures and different skills but primarily as a shared learning community focused on Christian education. Our Savior Lutheran School is a place to grow in friendship and life learning.
Our learning system
All students participate in classroom instruction with a project based emphasis that fosters creativity and differentiated instruction.
All students need a firm foundation of basic knowledge in order to achieve success in their future education.
At Our Savior, we provide the tools in elementary grades, that allow each child to confidently meet these challenges. All students participate in classroom instruction with a project based emphasis that fosters creativity and differentiated instruction.
Our kindergarten is a reading-writing kindergarten, with an emphasis on phonics, reading readiness, developmental thinking, mathematical relationships, and Christian growth.
The development of a meaningful academic program for future, formalized schooling is provided, including science and social study skills.
The child also develops skill in handling school peer relationships. Classrooms for first through fifth grades are self-contained with the classroom instructor responsible for instruction in all core academic subjects.
What sets us apart?
Personalized attention
We utilize approaches most likely to ensure children's success, and ways to address academic content appropriately.
Child Development
Each child is not only taught the core academic subjects of reading, writing, math and science, but also making good decisions and peer relationships.
Small Classes
Our kindergarten and grade school class's size is small, thus each student gets more attention in class.
Hands On Experiences
Each grade promotes successful learning within a climate of discovery and hands-on experiences. commencement with their grade level.

I love how they teach us to make good choices
Some of my favorite things about OSL are that there are wonderful, nice teachers, awesome students, fun activities, but mainly that we learn about spreading the Word of God. I love how they teach us to make good choices.
