After graduating from Concordia University in Chicago, with a B.A. in Education, I accepted a Call to teach English at Walther Lutheran High School. The following summer, I married my husband, Jeremy, and we were Called to move to St. Louis. While there, I had the pleasure of teaching English at Lutheran High School South and, then, of being a stay-at-home mom for eight years. Thirteen years after moving to St. Louis, the Lord asked us to relocate again, this time to Florida. My husband serves as the DCE at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Weston. Our daughters, Mikayla and Natalie, both attend Our Savior Lutheran. I am blessed to be a part of the faculty of such a wonderful school, and I am thankful to be working with middle school students in both reading and language arts.
