I have been teaching since 2005, changing careers after working for 25 years as a paralegal in a civil engineering firm. I taught for 2 years in public school, and then for 13 years at Trinity Lutheran Academy in Ft. Lauderdale. When Trinity closed its doors in 2019, I was blessed to find a new school home at Our Savior.
My husband, Matthew, and I have been members of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Weston since 1996. We have a daughter, Michaela, who is currently attending the University of Texas at Dallas. Michaela was a student at Trinity Lutheran Academy from Pre-K through 8th grade, so I’m not only a Lutheran school teacher, I was a Lutheran school parent!
